Rust Proofing with Protectoil

Protectoil is a unique temporary corrosion protective oil. It is water based and therefore non-flammable.
Upon drying Protectoil chemically bonds with the metal surface to form an organo-metallic layer that offers excellent corrosion protection and enhances lubrication.

Protectoil is suitable for application by spray, brush or dip to ferrous, aluminium and zinc surfaces and can be easily removed by mild alkaline cleaning.

APPLICATIONS:

Hook, slide and gambrel cleaning system
Metal shop work requiring temporary storage
Paint shops - bare metals backlogged for painting
Restoration work - protection between stripping and painting
Lubrication enhancement - reduces spalling

Protectoil can be diluted with water according to the degree of protection required.
As a guide:
1:1 with water = heavy duty protection 1:3 with water = short term protection

PRECAUTIONS: Protectoil is mildly acidic and therefore rubber gloves and safety goggles are recommended. Splashes to skin or eyes should be rinsed thoroughly with water.

Reflex Truck Liners

Reflex is a thick, tough, rubbery polyurethane liner that can be applied in brilliant, long-lasting color.

Sprayed up to ¼ inch thick, and is applied with a high-gloss, color retention finish. Additionally, Reflex polyurethane forms a watertight seal that offers maximum protection from dents, scratches and rust while maintaining its form without cracking, peeling or warping.
